The tablet can unlock the SIM lock. Unlock the SIM lock to use
non- SIM cards.
SIM lock can be unlocked at a  Shop.
Commission is incurred separately for unlocking SIM lock.
When using non- SIM card, it cannot be used in LTE.
Also, some services and functions may be unavailable.
