Safety Precautions
Charger
microUSB-3.5φ L-Shaped Conversion Cable
au Micro IC Card (LTE)
When not using the specified charger (sold separately),
remove its power plug from the power outlet or the cigarette
lighter socket.
Do not wrap the power cord of the specified charger (sold
separately) around the power plug or desktop holder. Doing
so might cause electric shock, overheating or fire.
Do not forcibly bend the charger’s plug or the connection
between the connector and power cord. Doing so might
cause electric shock, overheating or fire.
Do not wrap microUSB-3.5φ L-Shaped Conversion Cable
(sample) around the product and use it.
Do not dangle, pull or swing around the product by holding
the cable. Doing so might cause snapping of the cable or a
fault.
When connecting the connector of microUSB-3.5φ
L-Shaped Conversion Cable (sample) to the product, an
earphone, etc., insert it all the way in. Failure to do so might
cause electric shock or fire due to overheating and ignition.
Also, insert/remove the connector in parallel with the
connection jack. Failure to do so might cause a fault or an
operational problem.
When carrying or storing the cable, put it into a bag etc. so
as not to get dust to adhere to the connection jack or get the
connection jack deformed.
The cable may become warm depending on the situation,
such as during communication or charging, but this is not
abnormal.
Use as far away as possible from fixed-line phones, TVs,
radios, etc. Use nearby might affect them.
When the cable gets dirty, wipe it with a soft and dry cloth.
Do not use benzene, thinner, alcohol, detergent, etc. as they
might alter the outer covering or characters.
The au Micro IC Card (LTE) is lent to you by au. In case of
loss or damage, the card will be replaced at your expense.
When malfunction is suspected, or in case of theft or loss,
contact an au shop or PiPit.
Do not forcibly remove or insert the au Micro IC Card (LTE).
Be careful not to exert excessive force when inserting the
card into your au terminal.
You are responsible for any damage caused by inserting
your au Micro IC Card (LTE) into some other IC card reader/
writer, etc.
Keep the IC (metal) part of your au Micro IC Card (LTE)
clean. Wipe the card with a dry, soft cloth (such as for
cleaning eyeglasses) for cleaning.
Do not put stickers, etc. on the au Micro IC Card (LTE).
Do not touch the IC (metal) part of the au Micro IC Card (LTE)
when inserting or removing it.
