PIN Lock & Cancellation (PUK Code*)

times activates PIN Lock, limiting
handset use. Enter PUK Code to unlock.

Each USIM Card has a unique Personal *
Unblocking Key (PUK Code). Do not
disclose it to unauthorized persons.
