• Make sure the business card is displayed completely in the
screen. Be sure that objects other than the business card
(especially those with text) are not displayed in the screen.
• Scanning is easier when the font displayed is larger, however, if
the camera is placed too close to the business card, the text will
become out of focus. Hold the camera at least 10 cm away from
the business card.
• Up to 5 phone numbers and 5 Email addresses can be saved in
a Phonebook entry.
To Select the Focus Mode
“Organiser”
→ “Tools 3” tab → “Scanner” → “Scan Card”
1. Press [Options] and select “Focus”.
2. Select “Auto Focus”, “Macro” or “Manual Focus”.
To Set the Mobile Light
“Organiser”
→ “Tools 3” tab → “Scanner” → “Scan Card”
1. Press [Options] and select “Mobile Light”.
2. Select “On” or “Off”.
To Adjust the Exposure
“Organiser”
→ “Tools 3” tab → “Scanner” → “Scan Card”
1. Press [Options] and select “Exposure”.
2. Select the desired exposure.
Viewing the Scanned Data
“Organiser”
→ “Tools 3” tab → “Scanner” → “Scanned
Results”
1. Highlight the data you wish to view, then press [View].
Phone Help
“Organiser” → “Tools 3” tab → “Phone Help”
1. Select “Settings Method”, “Common Functions” or “Key
Operation”.
2. Press a or b.
Scratch Pad
Scratch Pad can be used as a screen memo for the multiple
purposes.
Using Scratch Pad
“Organiser”
→ “Tools 3” tab → “Scratch Pad”
1. Enter the text.
2. Press B when finished.
3. Select the purpose for using the entry.
The entry can be used for the following purposes:
Save to Notepad, Save as Sticky Note, Save to Calendar, Save
to Tasks, Save to Phone Book or Save as Text File
