Activating the Pedometer
“Organiser”

“Pedometer”

“Switch
On/Off”
1. Press B and select “On”.
Checking the Walking Data
“Organiser”

“Tools 2” tab
→
“Pedometer”
1. Select “Today’s walking”.
The walking information from the previous 2 days such as
number of steps, time and calories is displayed.
Press B to display the hourly data and press P or R to
switch the date.
2. Press U twice to finish checking.
Setting the Target
The final result will be notified by setting the target.

“Settings”
1. Select “Target”.
2. Select “Target Setting”.
3. Select an item you wish to set and press [Edit].
You can set an item from the following options:
Steps, Walking Time, Exercise, Calories, Distance or Fat
burned
4. Press B when editing is finished.
5. Press U.
6. Select “Goal Announce” and set it to “On”.
7. Set the goal announcement options.
You can set the following options:
Goal Sound, Goal Volume, Vibration and Duration
Note
• “Exercise” is the unit for the amount of physical activity. The
physical activity when walking is 3 METs, so Exercise is
calculated by the following formula:
Physical activity strength (3 METs)
×
walk time (hour).
Compass
Using the Compass
“Organiser”

“Compass”
indicates the north direction.
Adjusting Compass

“Tools 2” tab

“Compass”
1. Press B.
2. Adjust the Compass.
Place the phone on a stable surface away from metallic or
magnetic objects and move the phone as shown on the phone
screen.
3. Repeat the motion in step 2 until the success tone sounds.
