14 Getting Started
To Copy Contacts List from the SIM Card
When you insert the SIM card into your phone for the
first time and start the Contacts List application, you are
asked whether you wish to copy Contacts List entries
on the SIM card. Follow the on-screen instructions, or
you can do it later using the Contacts List menu as
follows:
“Contacts”
→
“Contacts List”
→
[Options]
→
“Advanced”
→
“Copy All Entries”
1. Select “From SIM to Handset”.
Keypad Lock
You can lock the keypad to prevent it from being
pressed accidentally.
Locking the Keypad
1. Press P, then [LockKeys] during stand-by.
The soft and centre keys are not displayed.
To unlock, press P, then [Yes].
Tip
• Emergency numbers (112, etc.) can be input and
dialled regardless of the keypad lock.
• To lock the keypad automatically, see “Auto Keypad
Lock” on page 100.
