1 Place the form with the side you wrote
on face down, and push it gently into
the document feeder of the fax
machine.
2 Press , , and then .
• Your fax automatically calls openLCR and sends the form. After the form is
sent, your fax will automatically receive the rate data. When downloading is
completed, the display will briefly show DOWNLOAD OK!! and then revert
to the date and time. Your fax will print out the registration form to confirm
that it was received.
• openLCR will also program the date and time and your fax number in your
fax machine.

To register by phone, follow these steps:

To register by fax, fill in the openLCR Registration form, and then fax the
form as follows:
