3. Press a or b to highlight “Monday-Sunday” to
display weekly format from Monday or “Sunday-
Saturday” to display weekly format from Sunday,
then press to select.
Deleting Entries
1. In the monthly or daily view, press A [Options] to
display the Options menu.
2. Press a or b to highlight “Delete” from the
options menu, then press or A [Select] to select.
3. Press a or b to highlight the desired option from
the following:
“This Entry” (daily view only):
Deletes the selected entry.
“All this Day”:
Deletes all entries for the selected day.
“All this Month”:
Deletes all entries for the selected month.
“Up to Last Month”:
Deletes all entries before this month.
“All Entries”:
Deletes all entries in this application.
4. Press to select.
5. After a confirmation message is displayed, press A
[Yes].
To cancel, press C [No].
Alarms
Setting the Alarms
The alarm function allows you to be alerted at a
specified time.
Note that the alarm may not function correctly if the
clock has not been set.
Note
• The alarm functions only if the phone is switched on.
• The alarm will not ring when “Ringer Volume”
(p. 118) is set to “Silent”.
1. Press to display the Main menu.
2. Press a, b, c or d to highlight “Applications”,
then press to select.
3. Press a or b to highlight “Alarms”, then press
to select.
4. Press a or b to highlight the blank setting, then
press to select.
5. Enter the desired time, then press .
