Setting up PXT
access
To send a PXT
• Press the Menu key to enter the menu system.
• Scroll to Network and press Select.
• Scroll to WAP Settings and press Select.
• Highlight the next available profile and press the Menu key.
• Press the Menu key to select Profile Name.
• Enter Vodafone MMS and press the Menu key.
• Scroll to IP Address and press the Menu key.
• Enter 172.030.038.003 and press the Menu key.
• Scroll to Homepage and press the Menu key.
• Enter http://pxt.vodafone.net.nz/pxtsend (case sensitive) and press the
Menu key.
• Scroll to Port Number and press the Menu key.
• Change the Port Number to 09201 and press the Menu key.
• Scroll to Connection Type and press the Menu key.
• Scroll to GPRS and press the Menu key.
• Scroll to GPRS Settings and press the Menu key.
• Scroll to APN and press the Menu Key.
• Enter live.vodafone.com and press the Menu key.
• Press the Back key twice to return to the WAP Settings menu.
• Scroll to the profile you just created and press the Menu key.
• Press the Menu button. Scroll to Messaging and press select.
• Scroll to Multimedia message. Press select.
• Scroll to Create message. Press select.
• To add a picture to your MMS, press Options and select picture.
• Scroll to Photos and press Open.
• Scroll to the photo you want and select Options. Select Insert.
• Enter your text or continue by pressing Options.
• You can now Send to number or Send to email.
