My Phone
My Phone contains several types of picture/image and
sound data along with Java™ applications which can be
controlled collectively. Also included in My Phone are
frequently used text message phrases and accessed
WAP pages (addresses) which you can use and edit.
Java™
Using Java™ Applications
Various kinds of Vodafone specific Java™ applications
can be used in this phone.
To use Java™ applications, download the Java™
applications via the mobile Internet.
Some Java™
applications offer the ability to connect to
a network either within a game or network based
application.
Note
• Java™ applications may be both localised (no
connectivity) and network based (using the mobile
Internet to update information/play games). The
network may charge you more for using network-
based applications. Please contact your service
provider for more information.
Downloading Java™ Applications
Confirmation screen
Before downloading the Java™ application you will be
asked to confirm what you are about to receive.
After checking the information on the confirmation
screen, the Java™ application can be downloaded.
Note
• User authentication might be required before
downloading the application on some information
screens.
Download
1. Press to display the Main Menu.
2. Press or to select “My Phone”, then press
.
3. Select “My Java™ Games”, then press .
4. Press or to select “Download More”, then
press .
The Java™ application download site is displayed.
5. Select the Java™ application you wish to download.
After a WAP browser is displayed variously, the
confirmation screen will appear after a whilst.
