Subscribing to Cell Broadcasts
Select the page of the cell broadcast message that you
want.
1.
Press [ ] during stand-by.
2.
Press or to select “Cell Broadcast”, then
press .
3.
Press or to select “Settings”, then press .
4.
Press or to select “Set Info Subjects”, then
press .
5.
Press or to select “Create Subject”, then
press .
6.
Press to add the channel.
7.
Enter the appropriate channel code obtained from
your service provider, and a title for the channel.
Setting Languages
Allows you to select your preferred language for the
cell broadcast message display.
Cell Information (M 0-4)
The Cell Information is the message information that
operators sent to subscribers in certain areas.
When you receive Cell Information, the message will
be displayed on the stand-by screen.
Note
• This function may not be available on all mobile
phone networks. Contact your network operator for
more information.
Enabling/Disabling Cell Information
1.
Press [ ] during stand-by.
2.
Press or to select “Cell Info”, then press
.
3.
Press or to select “On” or “Off”, then press
.
Note
• If Cell Information is set to “On”, the Stand-by Time
will decrease.
