7.1.1.2 Mode 1
Mode 1 is a 16-bit free-running mode. All 16 bits of TH(x) and TL(x) are used for the count.
With a 20 MHz PCLK, the counter will overflow every 3.2768 ms (305.18 Hz). See
Figure 7-3.
