Viewing the Caller ID list
If you subscribe to a Caller ID service and have turned on the Caller
ID function, your fax machine will keep information on the most
recent 20 calls and faxes you have received. You can view this
information, which consists of the name and number of each caller, in
the Caller ID List.
Note: For all units installed in New Zealand, the direct use of the
displayed number for call back does not operate properly and must not be
used. It is necessary to manually enter the verified correct number for the
party called. This will often require the addition or deletion of leading
digits from the number shown on the display when dialling manually.
♦ After you have received 20 calls, each new call will delete the oldest
call.
Follow the steps below to view the Caller ID List in the display. If
desired, you can immediately dial a number when it appears.
