1 Open the Fax Address Format window..
2 Refer to the documentation for your fax server application to obtain the correct format for
fax addresses.
3 Start building the address by adding components. For example, to include a prefix, select
Prefix from the list on the left and then click Add.
4 To change the order of the fax address components, select a component and then click
Move Up or Move Down.
5 For each component, perform the following tasks:
■ Select the Value field (for example, Fax Prefix Value).
■ Click Modify.
The Modify Value window opens.
■ Enter the appropriate prefix value.
■ Click OK.
The completed string appears in the Fax Address Format window.
6 When you finish building the fax address, click OK to close the window.
Important! Since fax application vendors change these formatting schemes frequently, make sure
you obtain the current format.
