At the Duplex Module
Clearing Paper Jams
2. Open and close the top cover to clear the Jam message.
Duplex at the interior of the top cover
1. Lift the lever at the top left hand side of the duplex module to unlock it and open the top
cover of the duplex module.
2. Examine the interior of the top cover and remove any jammed paper. If paper is torn,
check for any remaining torn pieces of paper.
