H To start playback from the desired point
(direct play)
To select and play the desired track and time.
1 Whilst in the playback mode, press the PLAY MODE button.

2 Select the “Search Mode” and press ENTER button.
3 Select the track or time search by pressing the cursor
5 or ∞ button and then press ENTER button.
I The disc must be playing in order to use time search.
4 Use the direct number buttons to enter the track or time.
Then press ENTER button to start playback.
Example:
To select track 12 : Press “1” and “2”.
To select time 1:23:45 : Press “8345”.
I Entering of time is base on minute basic.
Notes:
I Direct play feature is disabled on some discs.
I Some discs cannot play from the specified point of time.
I With CD, you can specify the desired time only in the current track and not
in another track.
I Time search feature is disabled on some discs5.

Track Search
4 Use the cursor 5, ∞, 2 or 3 button and ENTER button
to select a title, chapter or track for the current step in
the programme list.
I For DVD, you can add a title or a chapter to the programme list.
I For CD or VCD, select a track to add to the programme list.
I After press ENTER button to select the title/chapter/track, the
step number automatically moves down one.
5 To build up a programme list, repeat step 4.
I To delete a programme step, highlight it by using the cursor
5 or ∞ button and press CLEAR button.
6 To play the programme list, press 3 (PLAY) button.
