Is equalizer line connected to the suction line Schrader valve (or to
suction line if field-provided TXV)?
Has the DX system been charged with refrigerant according to the
condensing unit manufacturer’s instructions?

Is unit piping correct and insulated to prevent condensation?
Are the control valve packages piped correctly?
Are Valve packages properly insulated?
Are there any leaks detected?
