1 Mains cable
• Connect to a standard AC outlet.
2 AV1 (TV) Scart terminal (VCR / DVD)
• Connect to the Scart terminal on your TV.
Use a commercially available Scart cable.
3 AV2 (DECODER) Scart terminal (VCR / DVD)
• Connect to the Scart terminal of VCR,
camcorder, or other Audio-Video equipment.
Use a commercially available Scart cable.
4 DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (COAXIAL) jack (DVD)
• Connect to an amplifier with a digital input
jack such as a Dolby Digital decoder, DTS
decoder or MPEG decoder.
Use a commercially available Coaxial cable.
5 AUDIO OUT (ANALOG) jacks (DVD)
• Connect to the audio input jacks on your TV.
Use a commercially available Audio cable.
6 S-VIDEO OUT jack (DVD)
• Connect to the S-Video input jack on your TV.
Use a commercially available S-Video cable.
7 COMPONENT VIDEO OUT jacks (DVD)
• Connect to the component video input jacks
on your TV.
Use a commercially available Component
video cable.
8 ANTENNA OUT jack (VCR / DVD)
• Connect to the Aerial jack on your TV, cable
box or direct broadcast system.
Use the supplied Round Coaxial cable.
9 ANTENNA IN jack (VCR / DVD)
• Connect to an antenna or cable.

1 DUBBING button (VCR / DVD)
• Press to start VCR to DVD (DVD to VCR) duplication
which you set in the Setup menu.

OPERATE button (VCR / DVD)
• Press to turn on or off the unit.
• If timer programming is set, press to switch the unit
to the timer-standby mode.
3 TIMER PROG. button (VCR / DVD)
• Press to display the timer programme setting menu.
4 T-SET button (VCR / DVD)
• Press to enter the timer-standby mode. In the timer-
standby mode, press to cancel the mode and to turn
on the unit.
5 ZOOM button (DVD)
• During playback, press to enlarge the picture on the
screen.
6 VCR button
• Press to activate the remote control in VCR mode.

• Press to select the VCR output mode.
7 TOP MENU button (DVD)
• Press to display the Title menu.
8 Cursor K / L / s / B buttons (VCR / DVD)
• Press to select items or settings.
