KEY CONTROL/VOCAL CONTROL Function
• These functions are used only when the product is DVD mode.
(When the product is VCR mode, these functions do not work.)
KEY CONTROL
You can change the key when the key recorded on the disc does
not match that in which you can sing.
1 Press KARAOKE SELECT to display the KEY CONTROL
screen. (The screen will not appear if a microphone is not
connected.)

The KEY CONTROL screen will also appear when connecting
a microphone to the MIC jack on the front of the product.
•
This screen will disappear from the display automatically
when none of the buttons have been pressed for 10
seconds. (The product will remain in the Karaoke mode as
long as a microphone is connected.)

Each time

\ is pressed, the key becomes lower.
• Each time

| is pressed, the key becomes higher.
• The key level can be adjusted within the range from -6 to +6.
• In the following cases, the KEY CONTROL screen is not displayed
but the KARAOKE mode is ON when you connect a microphone to
the MIC jack.
- When the product is in the VCR mode.
- When no disc is loaded.
- When the disc is loading.
- During the fast forward or the fast reverse.
- When the temporary change screen of the PARENTAL setting is
displayed.
- When you press the button on the Remote consecutively.
