Clip Now
You can shoot the screen being displayed as an image (archival
screenshot) by tracing the edge of the screen with your finger.
You can save the URL with the archival screenshot when
shooting a Chrome screen.
Also, you can use a screenshot for a temporary memo which
can be saved temporarily.

In the home screen, display the APPS Sheet/
[Settings]/[Useful]/[Clip Now]

Select an item
Clip Now: Set whether to use Clip Now.
Help: Display the explanation of Clip Now.
Slide operation settings: Set operations when tracing the
screen.
Delete All: Delete all archival screenshots you have shot.
■ Shooting archival screenshots

Display the screen to save/trace the edge of
the screen to the right from upper left of the
screen or left from upper right of the screen
: The URL is also saved when shooting a Chrome screen. In
the home screen, display the APPS Sheet/[Clip Now] to
check the saved URL.
■ Shooting screenshots for a temporary memo

Display the screen to save temporarily/trace
the edge of the screen down from upper left or
upper right of the screen
: To check a temporary memo: Drag part of a temporary memo
displayed on the left edge or right edge of the screen to the
center of the screen
: To delete a temporary memo: Drag a temporary memo to [w]
On/off with motion
You can make settings for the functions to turn the display on/
off with motions such as when you hold the handset with your
hand, when you put it into your pocket or when you slide the
touch panel with your finger.

[Settings]/[Useful]/[On/off with motion]

Select an item
Bright Keep: Set whether to set the display not to be turned off
while holding the handset with your hand.
Turn off by putting flatly: Set whether to set the display to be
turned off when placing the handset on a place nearly parallel
to the ground regardless of the setting of Screen timeout.
Turn off by putting in pocket: Set whether to set the display to
be turned off when putting the handset in your pocket.
Sweep ON: Set whether to set the display to be turned on by
sliding the touch panel with your finger while the display is
turned off.
Let's Try!: Try functions or check how to use with a video
tutorial by using "Let's Try!".
Self check
You can perform Self check of the handset.

[Settings]/[Useful]/[Self check]
: To restart the handset in safe mode: [REBOOT WITH SAFE
MODE]/[OK]

Select an item
: As for [SELECT FROM PHONE FUNCTIONS], select items
and touch [Next]. Touch []] of an item to display help about
the diagnosis.

: To stop a diagnosis: [Cancel]/[NEXT ITEM]/[YES]
: Touch the history items of the diagnoses to check the results.
If an earphone is not connected to the handset and the handset
is put down with its display turned down, emopa does not talk.
Information delivered by emopa is restricted overseas.
emopa may be updated from Play Store for improving and
changing how to use it, increasing variations of talking, etc.
For information on emopa, refer to the official emopa
information website, emopark, since emopa is subject to change
from the contents of this manual.

Data may not be saved completely or partially depending on the
app.
[Bright Keep]
If you do not move or operate the handset for a certain period of
time, the display may be turned off even while Bright Keep is set
and you are holding the handset with your hand.
When Bright Keep is set to [ON (Notify)], [\] is displayed on the
status bar.
[Turn off by putting flatly]
This function is available when Bright Keep is set to [ON
(Notify)]/[ON (Not notify)].
This function may not follow the setting depending on the app in
use.
[Turn off by putting in pocket]
This is activated when the lock screen of the Welcome Sheet
(Lock Screen) is displayed, or while a home app is being used.
If you enable [Turn off by putting in pocket] while [Switching by
motion] of VeilView is enabled, [Switching by motion] is
disabled.
[Sweep ON]
If the proximity sensor is covered with a hand, an object, etc.,
the display cannot be operated by touching to prevent
inadvertent operations although the display is turned on. Also,
the display may be turned off regardless of the setting of the
handset.
