6.2 Maintenance of magnet grid (accessory)
The magnet grid (25) is placed in the mounting base (26)(accessory). The grid
automatically picks up magnetic material, thus avoiding damage of screw of production
machine. Inspect magnet grid at least once a year.
1. Close slide valve (24)
2. Remove fi nger screw (27) on glass lid.
Warning: The granulate in the bottom of the hopper may be warm.
3. Remove magnet grid (25) and clean it using e.g. compressed air.
