Periodically clean the pickup, using a camera cleaning brush or commercially available CD pickup clearer. ® Do not ouch the pickup. If fingerprints get on the pickup, clean it gently with a dry cotton swab. ® Dirty heads, capstans and pinch riflers can cause poor sound and taps jams. Clean these parts with a cotton swab moistened with commercial head/pinch rotter cleaner or prophylaxis alcohol.
