FP PAPER DRILL
The Model FP60 Paper Drills are the next generation in paper drills and punches. Two
models, The FP60-LS and the FP60 offer various features to meet your needs.
Both models can drill up to 2 1/2” or over a ream of paper at one time. The “Chuckless”
system has the drill bit connected directly to motor shaft. This eliminates vibration of drill
bits for smoother operation, easier drilling and fewer jams. As an added safety feature,
the motor is only in operation when drill handle is lowered.
The FP60-LS Drill is equipped with an adjustable stop-gauge to
allow drilling for customized or standard hole patterns. The drill
is also equipped with a pre-programmed bar so that drill stops
are already set for standard drilling patterns. These include
single hole, two hole, and three hole patterns. The operation is
fast and accurate. Just press the table release to move the pa-
per to the next stop.
The FP60-LS is shipped with one 1/4” drill bit. Optional drill bits
may be added in sizes ranging from 1/8” to 1/2”. Drill bits are
the standard Style “A” bits which are easily available. The drill
is powered by a 1/3 HP 110 volt motor.
The FP60 is an economically priced alternative to the FP60LS.
The FP60 does not come with the preprogrammed bar . The
drill takes a Style “F” Drill Bit which is available in sizes 1/8”,
3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16” and 3/8”.

FP100LS-AUTO
The Model FP100LS-AUTO is a unique single spindle paper drill. This is a prepro-
grammed paper drill that includes the most common drilling patterns. Simply set the
program to 1, 2, 3, or 4 hole drilling. Push the start buttons and the drill automatically
drills and moves the paper to complete the drilling cycle. Once cycle is completed,
drill will automatically shut off.
Drill capacity is 4” or approximately 1000 sheets of 20 pound bond. With this added
capacity and hands free operation, this single spindle drill is more cost effective than
many 3 spindle drills. Drill bits are available from 1/8” to 1/2”.
