Is there sufficient free space on your hard drive?
Delete any unneeded files and applications to
increase free space on your hard drive.
Are you using an operating system that is not
supported?
Make sure that the software can run on your
operating system.


How to check the IP address of this machine
You can check the IP address on the machine.*
Select [Special Function] → [System Settings] →
[Net work] → [Confirmation of Network].
* How to check the IP address will vary depending on some models.

How to check the status of the peripherals
Check the status of the peripherals following the
steps below.*
The "Machine Status" will print. Print the
"Machine Status" in the machine's settings by
tapping [Machine Status]: [Special Function] →
[List Print] → [Machine Status].
