PROBLEMS POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS
Unit doesn't turn on
• Makesuretheunitispluggedin.
• Insertandrotatecupclockwiseinthebaseuntilit"clicks".Lightsshould
illuminate.
Unit doesn't turn off
• PressStart/Stop.
• Removecupfrombasebyrotatingcupcounterclockwiseandliftingout.
Displayshouldturnoff.Unplugthepowercordfromtheoutlet.
Lid/blade assembly hard to
assemble
• Setthecuponalevelsurface.Placethelidorbladeassemblyonthetop
ofthecupandalignthethreadssothatthelid/bladessitatonthecup.
Twistclockwisesothatthelid/bladesevenlyaligntothecupuntilatight
sealisachieved.
Food is not evenly chopped
• Cutpiecesdowntoevensizes,andreducetheamountoffoodinthecup.
Useveryshortpulsesbyquicklypressingthe"PULSE"button.
Food doesn't mix well, food gets
stuck
• Pulseingredientsforbestresults.Pulsein1-3secondintervalsforeven
blendingandchopping.Forfrozeningredients,pulseinshortintervalsof
2-5secondsandrepeat.
Unit moves on counter while
blending
• Makesurethesurfaceaswellasthefeetoftheunitarecleananddry.
Unit is difficult to remove from
counter for storage
• Tipunitforwardfromthebacktoeasilydisengagethesuctionfeet.
