PRINTING OUT SETTINGS
Settings established with the key operator programs can be verified by printing them out.

Press the [CUSTOM SETTINGS] key.

Touch the [KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS]
key.

Use the numeric keys to enter the five-digit
key operater code number.
For the factory default
setting for the key
operator code number,
see page 2 of the key
operator’s guide.

Touch the [LIST PRINT] key.

Touch the [IMAGE SEND] key.

The list is printed before other jobs waiting.
In the screen of step 5, you can touch the [ANTI
JUNK MAIL/DOMAIN NAME LIST] key to print the
anti junk mail/domain name list. Print this list when
you wish to check the entered addresses and
domains. (See page 60
, "Anti junk mail/domain
name setting.")
Also you can touch the [IMAGE SENDING
ACTIVITY REPORT (INTERNET-FAX)] key or
[IMAGE SENDING ACTIVITY REPORT (E-MAIL/
FTP)] key to print an activity report (transmissions
and receptions). Print this list when you wish to
check the activity. In addition, you can touch the
key and the [WEB SETTINGS LIST] key to
print the settings made in the administrator screen
of the web page.
