PRINTING A TRANSACTION REPORT (TRANSACTION REPORT)
When performing Internet-Fax transmission, you can use this function to print a transaction report under conditions
different from those of the relevant key operator program.
If you use this function, you can print a transaction report under your desired conditions only for the current
transmission job.

In scanner mode, touch the [SPECIAL
MODES] key and then touch the key.
If the address book screen
appears, touch the
[CONDITION SETTINGS]
key to display the
condition settings screen
(page 11
).

Touch the [TRANSACTION REPORT] key.

Select the desired print conditions.

Touch the checkbox of [PRINT ORIGINAL
IMAGE] to display a checkmark if needed.
If the checkmark is
displayed, a transaction
report including the
transmitted original will
be printed.

Touch the outer [OK] key.
To cancel the transaction
report setting, touch the
[CANCEL] key.

Scan the image as explained in “BASIC
TRANSMISSION METHOD” (pages 12
to 15).
NOTES
The settings for this function are common to those of the transaction report function included in the special
functions in the fax mode. If the settings are changed in the fax mode, the settings in the Internet-Fax mode are
also changed accordingly.
