Used to set Symbol Rate in reception of V.34 mode.
When set to other than the below, it is set as the default (0101).

speed
Used to set the communication speed (capacity) when transmitting in V.34
mode.
The set range is 2400bps - 33600bps in the increment of 2400bps by binary
input of N into "2400(bps) x N."When N is set to 0000, it is set to 2400bps.
When set to 1111, it is set to 33600bps.When, however, set to 2400bps, SW45-
1~6 must be disabled. When set to 33600bps, SW45-7 must be enabled "1".

Used to set the communication speed (capacity) when receiving in V.34 mode.
The set range is 2400bps - 33600bps in the increment of 2400bps by binary
input of N into "2400(bps) x N."When N is set to 0000, it is set to 2400bps.
When set to 1111, it is set to 33600bps.When set to 2400bps, however, SW43-
3~6 must be set to 2400: "0000."
When set to 33600bps, SW43-3~6 must be set to 3429: "0101."
