Enter the fax number of the other machine with the numeric keys, and
then press the OK key.
You can also use a rapid dialing, Speed Dial number, the Address List, or the REDIAL
key to enter the number.
If you press a group key, you will change to serial polling. In this case, proceed from step
4 of the serial polling procedure below.
If you make a mistake, press the CLEAR key and then enter the correct number before
you press the START key.

Press the START key.
Your machine automatically dials the other machine and begins polling.
Notes
To cancel a polling job, press the JOB STATUS key and then cancel the job in the job status
screen. (See page 37)
You can check the stored job in the job status screen. (See page 115)
Serial polling

In Fax mode, press the SPECIAL FUNCTION key.

Press the or key to select "SENDING OPTIONS" and then press
the OK key.

Press the or key to select "SERIAL POLLING" and then press the
OK key.

Enter the fax number of the other machine with the numeric keys, and
then press the OK key.
You can also use a rapid dialing, Speed Dial number, or group key.
If you wish to use the REDIAL key, use it before entering any other numbers.
After entering a fax number, press the OK key. Repeat step 4 to enter other fax numbers
(up to 200).
If you enter an incorrect number, press the CLEAR and then enter the correct number.

When you have entered all of the fax numbers, press the START key.

Press the START key.
Your machine automatically dials the other machines and begins serial polling.
Notes
You cannot enter the same number twice in step 4.
If you use two group keys that have 50 stations each, the total number of destinations entered
will be 100.
To cancel a polling job, press the JOB STATUS key and then cancel the job in the job status
screen. (See page 37)
