Storing, Editing, and Clearing Auto Dial Keys and Numbers

Enter the name of the destination (See page 63) and then press the OK
key.

Up to 36 characters can be stored for the name.
●
If you press the OK key without entering a name, you will go to step 7. In this case, a
destination name is automatically assigned.

Enter search characters (See page 63) and then press the OK key.
●
Up to 10 search characters can be entered.
●
You can press the START key to skip step 7 and end the storing operation.

Select the option settings (See page 52) and then press the START
key.
●
The option settings allow you to store F-code settings and select chain dialing,
transmission speed, and international mode settings.
Notes
●
If you enter an incorrect number or character, press the CLEAR key to backspace and clear
one digit/character at a time, and then enter the correct number or character.
●
If you do not need to enter the information in steps 5 and after, you can press the START key
instead of the OK key to complete the storing operation at that point. (Note that a fax number
must be entered.)
