Canceling Fax Transmission/Reception

You can check canceled jobs that were in recall mode in the Activity Report. "CANCEL" will
appear in the "TYPE/NOTE" column of the report.

The stored job display is as follows:

Current status
"WAITING" appears here if the job is a stored transmission job or a timer
transmission.
If the job has entered recall mode, "RECALL" appears.
Receiving party
The name appears if you are using a rapid dialing or Speed Dial number that
has a name stored.
Type of operation
In the case of a timer transmission, a clock icon " " appears at the
beginning of the transmission method name.
Number of pages in stored job
If this is a memory transmission job, the job number assigned at the specified
time of transmission appears.
If this is a timer transmission, the timer transmission job number appears.
The specified time of transmission appears here for a timer transmission job.
In the case of a memory transmission job, "Prepared" appears.
In the case of a job in recall mode, the number of recall times appears.
