Canceling Fax Transmission/Reception

Press the CLEAR key.

Select "YES" with the or key and then press the OK key.

If you do not wish to cancel, select "NO".

You can check canceled operations in the Activity Report. "CANCEL" will appear in the "TYPE/
NOTE" column of the report.

Status of transmission
Receiving party
The name appears if you are using a rapid dialing or Speed Dial
number that has a name stored.
Type of operation
In the case of a timer transmission, a clock icon " " appears at
the beginning of the transmission method name.
Page number currently being sent
Job number
This shows the job number if you scanned the original in memory
transmission mode.
A job number does not appear for a timer transmission.
