Canceling Fax Transmission/Reception

CANCELING FAX
TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION
To cancel a current fax operation (a fax being sent from memory or a fax being received) or a
transmission job stored in memory, follow the steps below. When canceled, the document data will be
cleared from memory.
Canceling scanning or direct transmission

During transmission, press the CLEAR key.

You can also press the CLEAR ALL key.

Select "YES" with the or key and then press the OK key.
●
If you do not wish to cancel, select "NO"
Canceling a Fax Transmission or Reception in Progress

Press the JOB STATUS key.

Select "TX/RX JOBS" with the or key and then press the OK key.
