Message Screen
The status of fax functions is shown in the message screen. Settings are also selected in the message
screen.
Arrow Keys ( )
The arrow keys are used to select a setting in the message screen, or to move to the next page.
Notes

When you have completed a setting, press the OK key to store it.

Press the BACK key to move back to the previous screen.

Message display
A message showing the current status of the machine
appears in this display.
.......This appears when a confidential fax has been
received.
...This shows the amount of free memory
remaining as a percentage.
Date and time display
This shows the date and time.
Send mode display
This shows the send mode.

This shows the exposure setting for scanning an original.
