Enter the Anti Junk fax number (up to 20 digits) that you wish to block,
and then press the OK key.
To store another Anti Junk fax number, repeat steps 5 and 6.

Press the BACK key.
Notes
To clear an Anti Junk fax number, follow these steps:
(1) Select "DELETE" in step 4 and then press the OK key.
(2) Enter the 2-digit number that identifies the number you wish to clear, and then press the OK
key.
(3) Press the or key to select "DELETE" and then press the OK key.
(4) Press the BACK key.
Fax numbers entered with this program will only be blocked if the Anti Junk Fax setting is
turned on.
Special Functions
Polling Security
This setting is used to turn on polling security so that only registered fax machines are allowed to poll
your machine. Polling security is initially turned on.

Follow steps 1 through 4 of the initial procedure. (See page 143)

Press the or key to select "SPECIAL FUNCTION" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "POLLING SECURITY" and then press the OK key.
The setting is turned on and a checkmark appears in the checkbox in the message
screen.
If this procedure is performed when the setting is turned on, the checkmark is cleared
and the setting turns off.
Polling Passcode Number Mode
This setting is used to store (or clear) the passcode of another fax machine to give it permission to poll
your machine when polling security is turned on. The passcode is the sender's fax number that is
programmed in the other machine. Up to 10 numbers can be stored. Stored numbers can be checked in
the "Passcode List"
