Using Key Operator Programs
Tray Selection
This setting is used to select which output trays can be used for received faxes. All output trays are
initially enabled.

Follow steps 1 through 4 of the initial procedure. (See page 143)

Press the or key to select "RCV. FUNCTION" and then press the
OK key.

Press the or key to select "TRAY SELECTION" and then press
the OK key.

Press the or key to select the output tray and then press the OK key.

The output tray is enabled and a checkmark appears in the checkbox in the message
screen.
●
If this procedure is performed when the tray is enabled, the checkmark will be cleared
and the tray disabled.

To enable another tray, repeat step 4.

Press the BACK key.
Notes
●
The trays that can be enabled will vary depending on installed options.
●
The trays cannot all be disabled.
Received Data Print Condition
This setting is used to select how a received fax will be printed when the machine does not have the
same size of paper as the received image. The fax can be reduced before printing, or it can be divided.
The initial setting is reduction.

Press the or key to select "RECEIVED DATA PRINT CONDITION"
and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "REDUCTION" or "DIVISION" and then
press the OK key.
