Using Key Operator Programs
Auto Listing
This setting is used to have a list of your most recent transactions printed out at a selected time. The list
can be printed as often as twice a day.

Follow steps 1 through 4 of the initial procedure. (See page 143)

Press the or key to select "LIST PRINT/SET" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "LIST SETTING" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "AUTO LISTING", and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "STORE", and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select a setting number for the print time
setting, and then press the OK key.

Enter the printout time with the numeric keys and then press the OK key.
Notes
●
After step 7 you will return to step 6. If you wish to print the list twice a day, change the setting
number selection and then repeat step 7.
●
If you wish to clear a time setting, follow these steps:
(1) In step 5, select "DELETE" and then press the OK key.
(2) Select the time setting that you wish to clear and then press the OK key.
(3) Press the or key to select "DELETE" and then press the OK key.

If you make a mistake while entering the time in step 7, move the cursor to the incorrect digit
with the keys (the cursor should be over the digit), and then enter the correct digit.
Initial Settings
Dial Mode
This setting is used to set the appropriate dial mode for the line connected to the machine. Select tone
for a tone dial line or pulse for a pulse dial (rotary) line. The initial setting is tone.

Press the or key to select "INITIAL SETTING" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "DIAL MODE" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select your telephone line type, and then press the OK key.

The selections are as follows.
Tone dial line: TONE
Pulse dial (rotary) line: PULSE
