Using Key Operator Programs

Follow the steps of the program(s) you wish to use as explained on
the following pages.
Programs for the following functions can be used:
List print/set (See page 144), Initial settings (See page 146), Sending functions (See
page 152), Receive functions (See page 157), Special functions (See page 162)

When the setting is completed, press the CLEAR ALL key.
The key operator program ends.
Notes
To move back to the previous screen, press the BACK key.
To cancel a program before it is completed, press the CLEAR ALL key.
To enter characters, see "ENTERING CHARACTERS" on page 63.
List Print/Set

Follow steps 1 through 4 of the initial procedure. (See previous page)

Press the or key to select "LIST PRINT/SET" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "LIST PRINT" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select desired list and then press the OK key.
The following lists can be selected: "KEY OPE. LIST", "CONF. CODE LIST", "JUNK FAX
# LIST", "SUB ADD SET LIST", "ACC. # LIST", "ACC. USAGE LIST*".
Printing begins when you end the key operator program.
*This only appears if Department Code mode is turned on with the Initial Settings key
operator program.
KEY OPE. LIST This list shows the current state of the key operator program settings.
CONF. CODE LIST This shows the Confidential box information (box number, box name, and ID
code) that has been programmed.
JUNK FAX # LIST This shows the junk fax numbers that have been stored (reception from
these numbers will be blocked).
SUB ADD SET LIST This shows the information programmed in sub-address confidential boxes,
sub-address relay groups, and sub-address memory polling boxes.
ACC. # LIST This shows the number, name, and code of each programmed department.
ACC. USAGE LIST This shows the activity (communication time and number of pages) of each
department.
