This setting is used to select whether page numbers are printed

SEND MODE This setting is used to select whether the standard mode for
sending faxes is memory transmission or direct transmission.

QUICK ON LINE TX When the send mode is set to memory transmission, this setting
determines whether normal memory transmission or Quick On
Line transmission is performed.

This setting is used to select the position of the date and sender
information that is printed at the top of transmitted fax pages.

RECALL SETTING
(BUSY)
When you attempt to send a fax and the line of the receiving
machine is busy, your machine will automatically re-attempt the
call. This setting is used to select the number of recall attempts
that will be made and the interval between attempts.

RECALL SET(ERR) This setting is used to select the number of recall attempts that
will be made and the interval between attempts when a
transmission is not successful due to a line error.

This setting is used to set the time limit for the other machine to
respond when your machine attempts to send a fax by
automatic dialing. If there is no response within the time limit,
your machine automatically breaks the connection.

SHEET
This setting is used to have a cover sheet automatically
included with each fax transmission.

RCV. FUNCTION #OF RINGS AT. RX This setting is used to select the number of rings the machine
waits before answering in automatic reception mode.

TRAY SELECTION This setting is used to select which output trays can be used for
received faxes.

RECEIVED DATA
PRINT CONDITION
This setting is used to select how a received fax should be
printed when the machine does not have the same size of paper
as the received image. The fax can be either reduced or divided
before printing.

AUTO RCV
REDUCE TO
REGULAR SIZE
This setting is used to select automatic reduction to the set
paper size of the paper tray when you receive a non-standard
size fax that is larger than your paper.

A3 RX REDUCE This setting is used to select automatic reduction of received A3
faxes before printing.

FW. RX DATA When your machine receives a fax to memory because it is
unable to print, this setting is used to select automatic
forwarding of the fax to a destination stored using this program.

This setting is used to store the destination fax number for
forwarding faxes received to memory.

INDEX PRINT This setting is used to have a black mark (index) printed at the
top of each received fax.

EARLIER OUTPUT When a received fax cannot be printed because the machine is
out of appropriate paper and a fax is subsequently received that
can be printed, this setting determines whether the subsequent
fax is printed before the fax that cannot be printed.
