Transaction Report
This report allows you to check the result of a transaction. The Transaction Report is printed out
automatically based on conditions set with the key operator program. (See page 145)
The following print conditions can be selected with the key operator program:
Transaction Report for normal transmissions

Print after every transmission
●
Print when an error occurs
●
Never print
Transaction Report for broadcast transmissions
●
Print after every broadcast transmission
●
Print only destinations to which transmission failed
●
Never print
Transaction Report for Receptions
●
Print after every reception
●
Print when an error occurs
●
Never print
Transaction Report for Confidential Receptions
●
Print after every confidential reception
●
Never print
Printing the original when a memory transmission error occurs
When a memory transmission error occurs, part of the original is printed below the Transaction Report
(except in the case of a confidential transmission). If desired, you can turn this function off with the key
operator program. (See page 146)
