Job/Function Check
Checking the Status of Stored Transmission Jobs
(Transmission Reserve status)
You can check the status of stored transmission jobs (jobs scanned into memory and waiting to be
sent, jobs in recall mode, etc.).
After checking a job, you can also cancel it.

Up to 50 transmission jobs can be stored, including memory transmission jobs, timer transmission
jobs, and jobs in recall mode.
●
The display simply shows the general status of transmission jobs and the order of transmission. For
more detailed information, print the timer list. (See page 123)

The following information is shown. If no jobs are stored, "NONE" appears.
Control numbers
A document control number (3 digits) and time specification control number (2 digits) are automatically
assigned to transmission jobs when stored. The control numbers are shown in the stored transmission
job message display and the timer list.
Document control numbers are only assigned to memory transmissions.
Time specification control numbers are assigned to transmissions with a timer setting.
Checking transmission job status

Press the JOB STATUS key.

Select "TX/RX RESERVE" with the or key and then press the OK
key.

Press the or key to display the job you wish to check.

If more than one job is stored, you will scroll through the jobs one at a time as you press
the or key.

When you are finished, press the CLEAR ALL key to exit.

Recall Transmission was attempted but the job went into recall mode.
