Job/Function Check
JOB/FUNCTION CHECK
You can check function settings and the status of print jobs, transmission, stored transmission jobs,
and confidential receptions in the message display.
You can also receive faxes manually from Copy mode and other modes. (See page 45)
Job status can be checked from any mode.
Checking Fax Function Settings (Function Review)
Before sending a fax, you can check fax function settings.
You can check the following settings (a function is not displayed if it has not been selected).

Press the JOB STATUS key.

Press the or key to select "FUNCTION REVIEW" and then press
the OK key.

Press the or key to select the setting you wish to check and then
press the OK key.
When you are finished, press the CLEAR ALL key to exit.
Checking the Status of Received Faxes (Print Jobs)
You can check the status of received faxes and print jobs that are waiting to be printed, as well as the
job currently being printed.

Press the JOB STATUS key.

Press the or key to select "FAX/PRINT OUTPUT" and then press
the OK key.
When you are finished, press the CLEAR ALL key to exit.

Timer setting Specified day and time of timer transmission
Cover sheet / message Cover sheet selection (yes/no), message setting
Page division Page division setting
Duplex scanning Duplex scanning setting
Confidential box Confidential box number when confidential transmission (Sharp proprietary
mode) is selected
Memory polling Settings selected when document is stored, new/add/change (once/repeat)
F-code memory polling Settings selected when document is stored, new/add/change (once/repeat),
F-code memory polling box name, box number
F-code transmission F-code (sub-address, passcode) of F-code confidential transmission or F-
code relay request transmission
F-code polling F-code (sub-address, passcode) for F-code polling
