Follow steps 1 through 3 of the procedure for storing a program. (See
page 96)

Press the or key to select "DELETE" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select the program you wish to clear and then
press the OK key.

While the program is selected, you can press the # key to display program name details.

Press the or key to select "YES" and then press the OK key.

The program is cleared and you return to step 3. If desired, you can clear another program.

To exit the program clearing procedure, press the CLEAR ALL key.

You will return to the base screen.
Note

To cancel a program clearing operation, press the BACK key in step 3 before pressing the OK
key. You will return to step 2.
Using a Program
If the program includes a transmission method, the operation begins automatically after the original is loaded
in Fax mode (an original is not loaded for a polling, serial polling, or F-code polling operation).

In Fax mode, load the original (See pages 21, 22), and then press the
PROGRAM key.

Do not load an original if you are executing a polling program, a serial polling program, or
an F-code polling program.

Press the or key to select the desired program and then press the OK key.

While the program is selected, you can press the # key to display program name details.

Send the fax.
[For programs that include a transmission method selection]
Press the START key.

Transmission takes place according to the program.
●
Before pressing the START key, you can change the settings stored in the program.
[For programs that do not include a transmission method selection]
Perform the transmission.
●
The settings are executed according to the program.
●
Before performing the transmission, the program can be used to change stored settings.
Note

During transmission, you can also send a fax by selecting a program that does not have a
transmission method setting. However, you cannot use a program that has a stored original.
