Programs
PROGRAMS
You can store a sequence of operations as program. This allows you to automatically perform the
sequence by simply pressing a key. This is convenient when you often perform transmissions using the
same settings.
●
Up to 9 programs can be stored.
●
A relay group must be stored before a relay request transmission can be performed. (See page 78)
Storing a program

In Fax mode, press the SPECIAL FUNCTION key.

Press the or key to select "ENTRY" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "PROGRAM" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select "ENTER" and then press the OK key.

Press the or key to select the program that you wish to store and
then press the OK key.

If you select a program that has already been stored, a message appears. Select a
program that has not been stored, or clear the program (See next page) and then select it.

Enter a name for the program with the character entry keys and then
press the OK key. (See page 63)

Up to 36 characters can be entered.

Press the or key to select the setting that you wish to store in the
program, and then press the OK key.

If you select store original, cover sheet / message, resolution/exposure, page division,
duplex scanning, or transmission settings, go to step 10.
●
To select normal transmission, broadcast transmission, confidential transmission, relay
request transmission, polling, serial polling, F-code transmission, or F-code polling,
select "SENDING" and then go to step 8.
●
To cancel a setting selection, select the setting you wish to cancel and then press the key.
