• The surround effect can be adjusted using the SOUND menu. See

• Poor reception due to weak signals and too much noise may activate BACKGROUND, despite the presence
of a broadcast signal. To continue watching TV under these conditions, switch “BACKGROUND” to “OFF”.
• When Off timer is set, the OFF TIMER setting has priority over BACKGROUND.
• TV will only become red, green or blue screen if no signals present on both main screen and
INSET (PIP) screen.
