PESTO
1. Place all the ingredients into the Pitcher except the
olive oil, and blend on MEDIUM until smooth.
2. Add the olive oil and continue to blend until all the
ingredients are combined and smooth.
½ cup toasted pine nuts
4 large garlic cloves, peeled
3 cups tightly packed fresh basil leaves
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ to ¾ cup of extra virgin olive oil
4-6 SERVINGS
