Solution:
- Stop recording and shut down the rig when you receive the overheating warning.
Remove from sunlight and put the rig to a cool place.
- Keep the rig away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
The app failed to find YI HALO camera.
- Check whether the Wi-Fi has been turned on.
- Your phone may be too far away from the camera. Take it closer.
- Find whether there are objects between camera and phone causing interference.
- Find whether there is high radio frequency interference.
- Find whether are other YI HALO rigs causing interference.
No video/photo captured when pressing the Bluetooth remote control shutter button.
- Replace the battery in remote control
- Check the light indicator on the remote. Red light indicates that the remote is not
paired with the rig.
Camera firmware version is not matched after firmware update.
- Try to tap the ‘sync’ button to synchronize unit cameras.
- Reboot the rig
- If the problem is still there, it should be that some of the unit camera failed to update
its firmware. Update the failed camera individually (See 2.7 Replacing the
Cameras).
