- The rig may be overheating. You need to shut down the rig for 10~30 minutes and
put it in a cool place.
- The recording will be stopped when the available storage of any of the microSD
cards is less than 500MB. You need to replace another set of microSD cards or
free up space on the current set of microSD cards.
- The battery may run out of power and automatically shut off. Please recharge the
battery or connect to A/C power supply.
The rig becomes hot during use.
- It is normal that the rig becomes hot when shooting. The rig can work normally as
long as the chip temperature does not reach 212 ℉(100℃). You will receive an
overheat warning from controller when the temperature reaches 203℉(95℃), and
the thermometer block on the app will turn yellow. If you keep using the rig, it will
stop recording automatically when the temperature reaches 212℉(100℃).
