● Tap the red rectangle to check the detailed failure cause.
● Tap the “Retry” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
● Restart the rig.
● Remove the power supply and plug it again, then turn on the rig.
● Factory Reset. With this setting, you can reset all cameras to default settings, please
be careful.
4. Recording
This section explains the recording basics.
4.1 Preparing to Record
1. Make sure microSD cards in unit cameras and the controller.
2. Power on the rig.
3. Be sure that all unit cameras are ready after the auto check.
4. Confirm the current camera mode.
5. Adjust settings.
4.2 Preview
The only way to see camera preview is viewing from YI HALO app. After connecting the
app to the rig successfully over Wi-Fi, tap the icon in the upper right corner of the main
page in the app, a popup menu is shown. Select ‘Camera preview’.
There are three 3 views for preview. The number on each window is the camera ID.
