1. Special statement
(1). If there are any technical changes to this product in the future, we will not notify
you.
(2). If the appearance and color of the product are changed, the actual product shall
prevail.
(3). Please take good care of this warranty card, and please show this card and the
original purchase receipt during warranty.
2. Warranty regulations
(1) Since the date of purchase, non-human damage failures enjoy one-year warranty
service.
(2) In one of the following situations, it is not covered by the warranty, but repairs
can be paid for.
1). Exceed the warranty period;
2). No "warranty service card" certificate or missing valid bills;
3). The terminal and accessories have exceeded the warranty period;
4). Product quality problems caused by unauthorized repairs, collisions, liquid ingress,
accidents, alterations, incorrect input voltage, or tearing up and altering labels,
terminal IMEl numbers, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;
5). Failure to comply with the requirements of the product manual, damage caused
by incorrect installation or use;
6). Damage caused by force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning strike, etc.;
7). The warranty certificate does not match the product model or the warranty
certificate has been altered;
8). Damage caused by force majeure.
